A stage version and adaptation of the famous ancient Greek myth. Orpheus is a musician gifted with the talent of the gods themselves, and Eurydice is a beautiful dryad living in the woods. Their union became one of the most famous love stories of all time.
But one day, the irreparable happens: Eurydice is bitten by a snake and dies. Orpheus, unable to come to terms with the loss and live without his beloved, descends into Hell to bring his wife back to life. But who will he meet on this dark path to Eurydice?
The play raises deep philosophical and life questions:
- Is a person ready to fully accept another?
- How do a man and a woman change each other in a relationship?
- Can we truly take risks for love?
The eternal tragic myth of Orpheus and Eurydice now finds a new voice on the stage of the modern 2ACT Theater.
