Prepare the documents
- Electronic ticket;
- Identity document (scan or photo);
- Refund request (in free form: indicate full name, order number, and phone number).
⚠️ Card details are not required — the refund will be credited to the same card used for payment.
Send the documents
Email all documents to: info@kassir.kz.
Refund conditions
- Refund requests must be submitted no later than 72 hours before the event.
- If less than 72 hours remain before the event — refund is not possible.
- Some events are non-refundable.
Application review
- Customer support reviews the request and replies within 10 business days.
Refund timeline
- Payments made via Kaspi — refund within 1–2 business days;
- Payments via other bank cards — refund within 3–7 business days;
- Payments made in installments — the installment plan is cancelled, refund is processed within 30 business days.
Service fee
- The service fee is non-refundable.
