This document is the official offer of LLP “ANSAR INVEST LTD” (hereinafter – the “Seller”) to individuals and legal entities (hereinafter – the “Buyer”) to conclude a contract for the purchase and sale of electronic tickets under the terms set forth below.
1. General Provisions
1.1. This offer regulates the procedure for purchasing electronic tickets on kassir.kz.
1.2. Clicking the “Buy Ticket” button and making a payment means full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with an electronic ticket, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for it.
2.2. The ticket confirms the Buyer’s right to attend the event.
3. Ticket Purchase Procedure
3.1. The Buyer selects the event, seat, and number of tickets.
3.2. After confirming the selection, the Buyer enters contact details and makes the payment.
3.3. Upon successful payment, the electronic ticket is sent to the Buyer’s e-mail.
4. Payment
4.1. Payment is made by VISA, Mastercard, and other available methods.
4.2. A service fee may be added to the ticket price, which is non-refundable.
5. Ticket Refund
5.1. Refund requests must be submitted no later than 72 hours before the event.
5.2. To request a refund, the Buyer must send an e-mail to info@kassir.kz with the following:
- electronic ticket;
- ID document (scan or photo);
- refund request (full name, order number, phone).
- 5.3. Refunds are returned to the same card used for payment:
- Kaspi — within 1–2 business days;
- other bank cards — within 3–7 business days;
- installment payments — within 30 business days.
- 5.4. The service fee is non-refundable.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
6.1. The Seller provides the Buyer with a valid ticket.
6.2. The Seller is not responsible for the Buyer’s inability to attend the event for reasons beyond the Seller’s control.
6.3. The Buyer undertakes to use the ticket only for personal attendance.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. This offer enters into force upon publication on kassir.kz.
7.2. The Seller has the right to amend the terms of the offer.
