• Choose an event
• Go to the website kassir.kz.
• Find the event you are interested in and click on it.

• Click the “Buy Ticket” button
• A seating chart or a list of ticket categories will open.

• Select a seat/number of tickets
• On the seating chart, mark available seats or select the desired number of tickets in the chosen category.
• After selection, click the “Buy” button.

• Fill in your details
• Enter your full name, phone number, and e-mail.
• Check that the information is correct — your tickets will be sent to these contacts.

• Pay for your order
• Choose payment by VISA or Mastercard bank card.
• Enter your card details (number, expiration date, CVV).
• Confirm the payment via SMS or your bank’s app (3D-Secure).

• Receive your tickets
• After successful payment, electronic tickets with a QR code will be sent to your e-mail.
• They can also be downloaded from your personal account on the website.

• Attend the event
• Show your ticket with the QR code at the entrance (either on your phone or printed).
